We have some exciting news as far as authors, illustrators, and storytellers coming to KidLit!

If you are a children's book author and/or illustrator or a storyteller for children and would like to be a guest at Princeton KidLit 2010, please email us at princetonkidlit@gmail.com or give us a call at (815) 200-9877.

We do have some requirements for our special guests.  Please read these and confirm that you are willing and able to abide by these guidelines:

Author/Illustrator Guest Responsibilities

1. All authors & illustrators are asked to participate in workshops.  We may have more than one author/illustrator facilitating a particular program, so if you know someone with whom you'd prefer to work, let us know. There will be two tracks of programming, one geared toward adults and one for children.  While we hope everyone will agree to help with this, we do not require it.
2. There will be an author/illustrator meet & greet luncheon.
3. While authors and illustrators are welcome to sign books at any time during the event, there will be an author/illustrator mass signing scheduled.
4. Authors and illustrators are encouraged to bring their own books, but we will have a mechanism in place to get books if this is not possible.
5. Each author/illustrator is asked to contribute a signed copy of their newest release for our book auction.

Storyteller Responsibilities

1. Storytellers will be scheduled at intervals throughout the day depending upon the number of storytellers participating.
2. All storytellers are asked to participate in workshops.  We may have more than one storyteller facilitating a particular program, so if you know someone with whom you'd prefer to work, let us know.  There will be two tracks of programming, one geared toward adults and one for children.  While we hope everyone will agree to help with this, we do not require it.
3. All storytellers are welcome to participate in the author/illustrator luncheon and mass signing (if you have a book).
